Search for the document that you want to print. For more information, see Searching for objects.

Verify that the appropriate watermark is attached to the selected document. For more information, see Attach a watermark to a document.

Right-click the document and select Files > Print.
Batch printing must be configured to print documents with watermarks.

On the Batch Print Files dialog box, set up the printing information to meet your needs.
To modify watermark information for a printed file, you must use the Files > Print (Edit watermarks/labels) command. Select the file on the Batch Print Files dialog box, and then click Options to open the Print Options dialog box.
