The template document for list documents is called “Snapshot Template,” which has an Excel template file attached to it called SPFSnapshotTemplateFile.
Template configuration
The following graphic is the default SPFSnapshotTemplateFile Excel template.
The template contains a series of named cells that make up the titleblock. These provide information about the list document. The format for naming these cells is InterfaceDefUID.PropertyDefUID, as shown in the previous graphic. There are also two custom cells: one for providing the snapshot creation date and another to locate the start of the list view.
These cells can be moved and more named cells can be added to the template using the format described above.
