The Files > Save Alternate Renditions command allows you to save copies of file renditions. This command is available when you right-click a document or file in the tree view or when you select multiple documents or files and right-click on them.

If the files have alternate renditions of different file types, you can specify the file types to be saved with the respective document/file method configuration.

You can specify the target file types in separated semicolon-separated list. For example, FT_PDF;FT_BMP.

Right-click the document version for which you want to save alternate renditions and click Files > Save Alternate Renditions.
From the list, select the files for which you want to save a rendition.

Click OK.
