The Undo Sign Off command allows you to revert a current document back to a working state. This command is available when you right-click one or more signed off documents.

Right-click the current document revision or revisions for which you want to undo the sign off operation.

On the shortcut menu, click Edit > Undo Sign Off.

Click Yes to confirm that you want to revert the document from a current state to working state.
