This is done using Data Sheet Definer as detailed in How to Configure the Data Sheet Model.

Check out the file and run Data Sheet Definer to map the properties of the view definition to the header cells in the Excel sheet.
Note that you must identify an end of table cell, usually well down the sheet in
column A. This is done by selecting the End Table option below the Name in the right pane of the data sheet definer GUI.

Save the spreadsheet and check in the template document.
