There are a number of ways to configure the watermarks and labels on a document. It is important to know in which order the system searches for these when it displays, prints, or generates the PDF file.
The system searches for watermarks and labels in the following order:

Watermarks or labels configured on the view, print, or PDF generation methods.

Watermarks or labels configured on the document revision.

Watermarks or labels configured on the document master.
The system also allows for you to provide a watermark or label when you print, if
the option is configured on the printing method.
