Use one of the following options after a document status publishes successfully:

View and Markup - You can view a file using SmartPlant Markup Plus by clicking View and Markup on a design document or on a file. The file appears in the View and Markup window. The viewer depends on the file type and each viewer has different controls. For help using these controls, see the viewer's Help file. For more information on this command, see View and mark up files.
The viewer's Help file might refer to functionality that is not available to you.
You will get an error message if SmartPlant Markup Plus is not installed. Click View Native to view the file in a compatible program instead. For more information, see View with native application.

Expand Drawing Items - Displays a list view with all drawing items related to a published document. For more information, see View drawing items in a published document.

Inconsistency Report - You can view an inconsistency report in Excel for a document. The report is available for any document status, not just successful. For more information, see Viewing inconsistency reports in Microsoft Excel.
