Export a transmittal (online) - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 48 - Help - Hexagon

1. Create an internal transmittal.

2. Attach a document to a transmittal.

3. In the To Do List, right-click on the task item to prepare the transmittal, and click Completed.

4. Complete the step in a workflow.

5. In the To Do List, right-click on the task item to approve the transmittal.

6. Approve the step in a workflow.

7. Right-click on the transmittal, and click Export Transmittal Structure Online.

When prompted for the target location, select the target location in the browse dialog box and the compressed transmittal is exported to the selected path. After a successful export, this directory should contain a folder for the transmittal, a .zip file of the exported structure, the transmittal report in HTML format, a folder for the file used to display the report in HTML format, and the transmittal report in Excel format.
