SmartPlant Foundation licensing reports display as a web page and include a current active license report, a historical report, administrative functions, e-mail options, and a link for ordering licenses.

The reporting tool displays a menu bar from which you can select an available command. Active commands are bolded.

The following commands are available when using the license reporting feature.

  • Active License Report - Displays the active SmartPlant Foundation daily licenses in use and the number of licenses still available. See Active License Report for more information.

  • Historical Report - Displays a history of license usage, including the history for all licenses, licenses used per user, or licenses used per organization. See Historical Report for more information.

  • Administrator Panel - Allows an administrator to remove selected users from the active license database, clear license history, and test the license server. See Administrator Panel for more information.

  • Order Licenses - Links to the Hexagon eLicense page.

  • E-mail Page - Opens an e-mail containing a link to the currently active reporting command. See E-mail Page for more information.
