Select the chart report you want to export to Microsoft Excel in the graphics results pane.

Click Export the chart to Excel
on the graphics results toolbar.

In the Excel dialog box, browse to the location to save the Excel file.

Type the name for the Excel file

Click Save to save the report is saved as an Excel file to the location of your choice.
