If CSF conversion fails, check the CSF Writer settings on the server.
Verify settings on both the General and Advanced tabs of the CSF Writer Properties dialog box. This forces the system profile and user profile to use the same settings.

Click Start > Control Panel > Hardware > Devices and Printers.

Right-click the CSF Writer printer, and click Printer properties.

Click the General tab and click Preferences.

Click the Start Application tab and verify that the:

Enable Start Application check box is selected and points to the correct IgcWriter.exe file path.

Disable the Messaging Interface check box is selected.

Click the Device Settings tab and verify that the Resolution is set to High Resolution (600 x 600 DPI).

Click OK to save changes and exit the CSF Writer Printing Preferences dialog box and return to the CSF Writer Properties dialog box.

Click the Advanced tab and click Printing Defaults.

Click the Start Application tab and verify that the:

Enable Start Application check box is selected and points to the correct IgcWriter.exe file path.

Disable the Messaging Interface check box is selected.

Click the Device Settings tab and verify that the Resolution is set to High Resolution (600 x 600 DPI).

Click OK to save changes and exit the CSF Writer Properties dialog box.
