Recipients can be imported into the Assign Recipients from other applications using the clipboard. For example, to import data from Excel:

Select the data in Excel, and click Edit > Copy.

In the Assign Recipients form, right-click in the top left cell, and click Import from Clipboard on the shortcut menu.
