After associating a register definition with a register document, you can change the prompt properties set on the report definition associated with the selected register definition. Then, you must update the register document associated with that updated report definition and register definition.

To modify the properties set on a register document, right-click it, and click Update.
You can also select the register document you want to update, and click Update 
on the tool bar.

You can update the register definition associated with a register document only until a tag register is generated.

You can modify the prompt properties set on a report definition associated with the selected register definition even after generating a register. When you modify the prompt properties, you must also set the criteria for those prompt properties while updating the corresponding register document.
