The following performance counters are available for monitoring the performance of the SmartPlant Foundation Server component using the Windows Performance Monitor (Perfmon) utility:
ProcessRequest: # requests executed - monitors the number of requests to SmartPlant Foundation Server
ProcessRequest: average time per request - monitors the average duration of each request to SmartPlant Foundation Server
As is the case with any performance monitoring operation, there may be a small decline
in system performance when the counters are enabled for use.
To use these counters, you must perform these basic steps:

Create the counters on the server using a delivered PowerShell script, SpfPerfmonSetup.ps1.

Enable the counters that you want to use in SmartPlant Foundation Server Manager.

Add the counters to Windows Performance Monitor.
