In the To Do List page, select a duplicate document from the Duplicate Document pane.
By default, the first file in the Duplicates Files for Document pane is selected.

Select one or more files from the Duplicate Files for Document pane, and click Move Files to Document
.

In the Document Name dialog box, type the document name to which you want to move the selected files and click OK.

The following occurs, if you move a single file:

To an existing document with no files in the latest version, it gets attached to the latest version of the document.

To an existing document with files attached to the latest version, a duplicate document is created.

To a new document, a new document is created.

If you move two or more files to a new or existing document, a duplicate document is created.
