Modify an existing hierarchy - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 48 - Help - Hexagon

The schema rules do not allow the deletion of properties or interface definitions. But it does allow the deletion of optional realized relationships.

To modify an existing hierarchy to create a new one (for example, to expose different properties):

1. Remove the hierarchy relationship definitions from the:

   • Plant

   • Project

   • Workpack (for the workpack hierarchy)

   • Workpack template (for the workpack template hierarchy)

2. Create the new properties and the relationships to expose them.
