Configure Scale100 Rule

The Scale100 rule is used to determine what is included in 100 units on a drawing or document. In this example, two "fixed" texts (DRAWING No. and REV) can be selected and the distance between the start of each text can be set to represent 100 units (in a horizontal or vertical direction). Once set, it is easy to define an area on the drawing file from which content can be extracted.

To configure the Scale100 rule, you must complete the following steps:

  1. In the Configuring Rule for Template window, select an Orientation.

  2. Select a value from the Related Item1 list to represent the first reference point (DRAWING No.).

  3. Select a value from the Related Item2 list to represent the second reference point (REV).

  4. Click OK.
