Problem
Saved views are not included when generating a PDF copy of a Hexagon file format.
Solution
No saved views are included when generating a PDF of a Hexagon file format if the Do not print views option is enabled on the Print tab of the Detail File Viewer Options dialog box. The system administrator must disable this option and regenerate the PDF.
The system administrator must perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Log on to the SmartPlant Foundation application server.
Depending on your configuration, you may need to log on as the application pool identity
that is assigned to run the Remote Services application pool. For more information,
see Configure PDF generation and batch printing.

Open stand-alone SmartPlant Markup Plus.

Click Tools > Options.

From the Preferences tab, click the Viewer Options button.

On the Print tab, clear the Do not print views option under Print options.

Click Apply, then OK.
If you make any changes to your selections in the Options dialog box, save your settings by clicking View > Save Settings.

Exit stand-alone SmartPlant Markup Plus and return to Desktop Client.

Right-click the file and select Generate PDF Copy from the Files menu.

To monitor the task, click Query > Schedule Tasks, or click
Query for Scheduled Tasks on the toolbar.
If a new AltRendTask is not listed in the queue, you may need to enable the Regenerate alternate rendition argument on the FileCompositionGenerateAlternateRendition Method on the GenerateAlternateRendition Client API.

After the task is processed, right-click the file and select View Alternate to view the PDF.
