The following examples show the wizard pages for a given query type. The pages displayed are dependent on the starting object and main criteria type selected for the data query:
Query for methods using By User Profile

Click the Methods pane at startup or select the Access Control for Methods in the drop-down list above the main results window.

On the Query Type page, click By User Profile.

On the Main Criteria type page, click the Users criteria type from the drop-down list.

Type the full name of the criteria to use for the query, Piping Engineer, and click Search .

Select Piping Engineer from the drop-down list, and click Next.
Include Role Assignment only appears if you select Users as the main criteria type. If a method is available to the user in more than one configuration, the method may appear in multiple rows. Do not select this option if you want to get a unique set.

On the Configuration Items page, click Select All from the list, and click Next.

On the Roles page, select Piping Engineer from the list, and click Next.

On the Access Groups page, click Select All or select the access groups individually, and click Next.

On the Client APIs page, click Select All or select the client APIs individually, and click Next.

On the Additional Filters page, select additional filter options to use for the query, and click Next.

On the Summary page, check if all the search query details are correct, and click Finish.
Query for relationship definitions using By Schema

Click the Relationship Definitions pane at startup or select the Access Control for Relationship Definitions in the drop-down list above the main results window.

On the Query Type page, click By Schema.

On the Main Criteria type page, select the Class Definitions criteria type from the drop-down list.

In the Main Criteria Name box, type the name of the class definition DEVTag, and click Search .

Click DEVTag from the drop-down list, and click Next.

On the Interface Definitions page, click Select All from the list, and click Next.

On the Additional Filters page, select additional filter options to use for the query, and click Next.

On the Summary page, check if the search query details are correct, and click Finish.
Query for methods using All Methods

Click the Methods pane at startup or select the Access Control for Methods in the drop-down list above the main results window.

On the Query Type page, click All Methods. This option is only available when you select Methods as the main starting object.

On the Client APIs page, select the client APIs to use as the filter criteria type, and click Next.

On the Additional Filters page, select additional filter options to use for the query, and click Next.

On the Summary page, check if the search query details are correct, and click Finish.

Click the Access Group pane at startup, or select the Manage Access Groups from the list in the main window, to open the Access Group Query Wizard.

In the Access Groups page, select Create a new Access Group in the Target Access Group pane.

Type details for the new access group in the Name and Description boxes, such as ProjectViewer.

In the Configuration Statuses list, select the required statuses, such as Approved, Completed, Finished, and Published.

In the Source Access Group box, type ProgressAdmin for the name of the source access group and click Search .

Select ProgressAdmin from the list, and click Next.

On the Summary page, check if the access group query details are correct, and click Back to make any changes.

Click Finish.
