  1. Open the Microsoft Office Word file, and on the Add-Ins tab, click Save to SPF.

  2. In the Upload File dialog box, click Yes, and browse to the location where you want to save the Microsoft Office Word file.

  3. In the Login dialog box, enter the information in the Username and Password boxes.

  4. Select the site name from the Server list, and click Edit.

  5. In the Modify Site Form dialog box, enter the information in the Name, Host Name, Virtual Dir. Name, Rel to Child Classes, Top Doc Class UID, Class to Class Def rels (1 per line), and QFind Interface (1 per line) boxes.

  6. Click OK, and then click Login.

  7. In the Document Classification window, on the Classification View tab, expand the document list to select a document class.

  8. Right-click the document class to select a document type.

  9. In the New Document dialog box, enter the information in the mandatory boxes, and click OK.

  10. In the Allocated number confirmation dialog box, click Yes. A new document is created, and the Microsoft Office Word file is attached to it.
