The Consolidate Comments step appears in the To Do List for the RRM Coordinator assigned to this step in the workflow.
As a RRM Coordinator, you need to consolidate all the comments given by the RRM Reviewer.
When this step is complete, you must right-click the Consolidate Comments step in your To Do List, and click Action > Completed, and then type any comments for the step or messages to the recipients of the next step.
The Consolidate Comments step is then removed from your To Do List.
