The Verify Task step appears in the To Do List for the Verifier assigned to this step in the workflow.
As a Verifier, you need to either approve the task or reject the task. If you reject the task, it goes back to the Assignee to incorporate the suggested changes.
To reject, right-click the Verify Task step in your To Do List, then click Action > Reject, and then type any comments for the step.
The Verify Task step is then removed from your To Do List.
