The USER_SPO Microsoft Excel spreadsheet is provided on Smart Community. For more information, see Find sample data on Smart Community. The spreadsheet contains some default configurations for dossiers. You can create dossiers by modifying the dossier sheet of USER_SPO Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Create dossier

  1. Open the USER_SPO.xlsm file, and in the Dossier sheet, add a new row in the SPXDossier section.

  2. In the Name column, type the name of the dossier.

  3. In the Description column, type the description.

  4. In the Primary Classification column, type the dossier classification using the [SPXDossier_Dossierclassifcation] format. For example, to create a System Dossier, type [SPXDossier_SystemsDossier] in the Primary Classification column.

  5. In the UID column, type the UID of the dossier using the [SPXDossier.Name] format. For example, if D2 is the name of the dossier, then type [SPXDossier.D2] in the UID column.

  6. Click File > Save to save the spreadsheet.

For creating Specific Revision chapter, type the UID of the specific document revision which you want to attach.

  3. To define the relationship between the dossier chapter and the document revision, in the UID column, type the UID using the [UID1.UID2] format. In this example, in the UID column, type [SPXDossier.D2D2C2. EngDocRev_0000-ED-A-0007].
