Use the following steps to activate automatic email notifications for scheduled publish operations and specify the recipients of the email. You can activate the notifications per authoring tool, and the messages will indicate whether the publish was successful.

In the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client, click Find > Integration > Signatures.

Right-click the signature for the tool that you want to send notifications for, and click Manage Integration Options.

Find the plant for which to enable the notifications, and change the value in the Enable Batch Publish Notifications box to True.

Return to the list of tool signatures, and right-click the tool signature for which you just activated the email notifications. On the shortcut menu, click Edit Relationships.

On the relationship with the SmartPlant Foundation plant, click Maintain Attributes.

In the Update dialog box, use the Find box to find the user names of the users who should receive the notifications and add them to the PublishNotificationEmail list.
Every user name in the system that matches the search criteria you provide in the Find box will be added to the list.

Select the check boxes beside the users who should receive the notifications.
