When you export files to a target system, the import mappings search for the design file, markup file, navigation file, graphics file, and alternate rendition files. The design file is then attached to the revision object in the staging system and the other files are attached to the design file, except for the graphics map file, which is attached to the navigation file.
During the export process, local staging files are uploaded to the target system file services, and various design files are created and saved in a vault.
This mapping uses the Check Target System File Exists action, which ensures that the file is uploaded correctly using the path accessible by the target system server.
