You cannot edit relationships using data published from other tools.

Edit relationships using Edit Relationships

• Right-click an object, and click Edit Relationships.

  If a relationship supports attributes, the Properties column displays a Maintain Attributes hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to edit the attributes for the relationship. The Update dialog box appears.

  Select the Apply to similar items check box before clicking Maintain Attributes to apply changes to all similar items in the Related Object column.

Edit relationships using Maintain Relationships

If configured, you can click Maintain Relationships on the Update dialog box to remove and relate items to an object.

1. Right-click an object, and click Update.

2. Select a tab for the type of related object you want to update.

3. Click Maintain Relationships.

4. Use the Maintain Relationships window to remove and relate items to the selected object.

• You can also edit properties on the relationship using the Maintain Relationships window.

• Select the Apply to similar items check box before clicking Maintain Attributes to apply changes to all similar items in the Related Object column.
