This option is used to manage all subscriptions for the current user. This process is the same as for Manage Class Subscriptions for Other Users except that there is no filter, and only the class subscriptions for the recipient current user or role are retrieved.

  1. Click Administration > Subscription > Manage My Class Subscriptions in the Desktop Client. The Class Subscription for User form appears.

If the selected Class Definitions have no existing subscriptions, then there will be no entries for it in the list, and no new subscriptions can be added for it on this form. Subscriptions for the required Class must be managed individually first.

  2. Select a Class Definition in the list and the event box is populated.

You can now manage the subscription.

  3. To add another subscription to the object:

    • Select Class Definition in the list.

    • Select the Event to trigger the subscription (mandatory).

    • Select a Condition if required (optional).

    • Click Add. The Subscription is added to the Class Definition and also displayed in the list (bottom of form).

You can only add a subscription if there is an existing subscription on the object.

  4. To update a subscription:

    • Select the Class Definition in the list.

    • Change the Event and Condition settings as required.

    • Click Update. The subscription is updated.

  5. To remove a subscription to the Class Definition:

    • Select the Class Definition in the list.

    • Click Remove. The Subscription is removed from the Class Definition and also removed from the list.

The form can only be used to add, update, or remove subscriptions for the class definitions currently in the list (that is, class definitions that already have subscriptions). To add a subscription to a class definition not in the list, you must use the shortcut menu command from the class definition in the Desktop Client.
