Click File > New > Administration > Form in the Desktop Client. The New Form dialog box is displayed.

Type a name and description for the form.

Click Finish.

Relate the new form to a class definition using a drag-and-drop operation.

If you want the form to be used for a specific classification, you must relate the form to the required classification using a drag-and-drop operation, as well as relating it to the class definition.

Relating the form to a class definition does not automatically create sections or display items. These must be added to the form manually.
