In the Manage Related Item for Forms dialog box, use the Find feature to display the required section in the Library pane.

Select the section, and click Relate Selected Item
. The section is related to the form and appears in the Related Item pane.
If the dialog box is in portrait orientation, the Library pane appears at the bottom
of the dialog box instead of on the right side of the dialog box. Click Relate Selected Item 
in the Library pane to relate the section to the form.

Select the section, and click
and 
to move the section up or down.

Click OK to save the changes.
