When a display item is updated, it will be changed on all the form sections on which it appears.
Display items can be updated in several ways.
From the Library pane

From the Manage Related Items dialog box, display the required display item in the Library pane, select the display item, and click Update. The Update Display Item dialog box is displayed.

Update the display item, and click OK.

To save the changes, click OK in the Manage Related Items dialog box.
From the Related Items pane

From the Manage Related Items dialog box, select the display item in the Related Items pane, and click Update.

Update the display item, and click OK.

To save the changes, click OK in the Manage Related Items dialog box.
