The document version is the lowest class in the complex hierarchy as described previously. It contains the version-specific information for the document and the relationship to the attached files.
The core SmartPlant Foundation schema contains two pre-configured revisable document classes.
The design document version realizes the ISPFDesignDocVersion interface, and the template document version realizes the ISPFTemplateVersion; these are their primary interfaces. All other interfaces implied by these two can also be realized by any document version class definition.
