The files attached to a document are related to the version through this interface.
SmartPlant Markup Plus can be used to create, comment, and markup layers on top of any file, but most typically drawings. Commands are available on the document version, file, and markup layer for locking these markup layers. The Markups Locked property, when set on the document version, prevents markups on the files associated to that version.

* Archive date - files can be archived to an alternative store external to SmartPlant Foundation; this property records the date on which that was done. The files are not removed from the system during the archive process. See Configure the archive and purge functionality for more details.
