A process step (LoadToDocConfig) at the start of the publish workflow (PublishWithDocLoad) is used to easily create a sub configuration that inherits permissions (CreateDesignBasisSubConfig). This creates a configuration below the plant named after the document in the format:
DocumentName__DocumentRevision_DocumentVersion
Alternatively, this configuration can be created manually.
In Smart P&ID, modify or create a property in a P&ID drawing, and publish it with
the PublishWithDocLoad workflow. After it is published, log on to SmartPlant Foundation
Desktop Client and open the To Do List. Find the workflow in this list, and approve
it with the shortcut menu.
