If the data is loaded via the Desktop Client Loader, then the user can specify the ContainerID on each object and relationship or at the top of the load file.
Setting the ContainerID at the top of the file will ensure that it is set on all objects inside the load file.
Users can also use the Desktop Client to set the container ID, so anything created interactively will be stamped with the container ID.
