This is the file class definition used for holding the metadata for the files that the tools publish.
The primary interface for this class is ISPFTEFPublishFile, which does not expose any properties. As well as realizing this interface, the other interfaces that are realized by this class definition are the standard file interfaces such as ISPFFile, ISPFOwnedObj, ISPFRefFile, ISPFBusinessFile, ISPFAlternativeRenditionComposition, and ISPFMarkupCompositition.
