  • You can now use the Web Client to customize the PDF generation settings using the feature Create Rendition Options. For more information, see PDF generation with custom rendition options. (CR-AM-170575, CR-AM-170614)

  • You can now regenerate alternate renditions by setting Regenerate alternate renditions in batch to True on the CreateRenditionsInBatch and CreateThumbnailsInBatch methods. (CR-AM-173212)

  • To support the transition of customers from SmartPlant Foundation and SmartPlant Enterprise for Owner Operators to HxGN SDx, we are providing the capability to run both solutions on the same application server. This capability is useful for customers who are finishing a project in SmartPlant Foundation and then hand over the project to an SDx system or customers who see benefits in migrating to SDx. Initially, this could be to build awareness of SDx and investigation of the delivered work processes and data model, leading to the migration or handover.

To open SmartPlant Foundation, open the Start menu, and click SmartPlant Foundation. Previously, you would open the Start menu, and click Intergraph SmartPlant Foundation. (CR-AM-160859, CR-AM-159793,CR-AM-159795, CR-AM-169800)

  • Changes have been made to the HxGN SDx Connector for TruView installer to support its installation on both SmartPlant Foundation and HxGN SDx (Update 29 and above). New TruView customers should use HxGN SDx Connector for TruView (10.00.29) with SmartPlant Foundation update 29 and later. (DI-AM-171807)

  • A new property mapping, SPFTEFPIVersionCreationDate, is now added to the published document mappings in Data Validator. This property ensures that published documents are loaded into the target system in the same order in which they are created in the source system. For more information, see Property mappings example.
