  • The DwgRepresentationCompostion relationship definition now has the Min1 cardinality set to 0 in SmartPlant Foundation. As part of the EFSchema upgrade, the DwgRepresentationComposition relationship definition will now be excluded. For more information, see Upgrade a site. (TR-AM-129527)

  • You can now upgrade a site using command lines. For more information, see Upgrade a site from the command line. (DI-AM-125867)

  • The Server Manager executable file has been renamed to SPFServerManager.exe. (DI-AM-132620)

  • Some product folder names have been renamed: SPFFileService, SPFFTRService, SPFRemoteServices, and SPFLicenseService are the new installation folder names. (DI-AM-132620)

  • The SPF42 database dump file is no longer being delivered with SmartPlant Foundation. The SPFADW dump file is now installed by selecting Starter Database from the Database Components list during product installation. For a HxGN SDx installation, the SDx database dump file is delivered instead of the SPFADW dump file. (DI-AM-135673)

  • The content of the module-specific configuration files is now merged into these SmartPlant Foundation equivalent files: DynamicValues.xml, Settings.xml, and SpecializationValues.xml. As of this release, the module-specific files will no longer be delivered or supported. When you update a site, the module-specific configuration files are deleted from the site and replaced with the SmartPlant Foundation equivalent files available at the installation location. To avoid loss of customization configuration information, you must back up and manually restore module-specific customizations. For more information about preserving customizations during a site update, see Update sites. (DI-AM-134875, DI-AM-132030, DI-AM-136651)

  • A new check box, Load Stored Procedures to create or update the tables or indexes in the database, has been added to the New Site Wizard to load the stored procedures for creating a set of database tables or indexes. Stored procedures are required to run Data Validator jobs. They are database scripts that create custom tables in the database to process the data in CSV files while running jobs. For more information, see New Site Wizard. (DI-AM-130015)

  • A new list, Oracle index tablespace for stored procedures, has been added to the New Site Wizard to enable you to select the index tablespace to which the data will be loaded for an Oracle database. For more information, see New Site Wizard. (DI-AM-130015)

  • A new command line argument to load stored procedures, /lsp, is now available in SmartPlant Foundation and can be used to load stored procedures when creating or updating a SmartPlant Foundation site from the command line. For more information, see . (DI-AM-130026)
