Problem

After several failed log on attempts, you cannot log on to the Web Client and receive the following error.

Account temporarily blocked due to the number of failed login attempts

Solution

Your SmartPlant Foundation system is configured to lock your account temporarily after a number of failed log on attempts. After a period of time, the system automatically unlocks your account and allows you to log on. For more information on these system settings, contact your system administrator.
