Your administrator can configure objects to be claimed and modified.

In the project scope, search for the objects you want to claim to the project.

Select one or more object(s) in the Results table.

Click ADD TO CLAIMBOARD to add the selected objects to the Claimboard for <ProjectName>
list.

In the side bar, click Claimboard for <ProjectName>
to display the objects to be claimed, and click PROCEED TO CLAIM to navigate to the Claim page.

If you do not want to claim any one or more selected object(s), you can remove them from Claimboard by clicking
for the respective object.

When there are multiple methods assigned to claim an object, only one method is applicable to the object. To assign a preferable method, log on as an administrator and configure access groups such that the preferable method is selected by default while proceeding to claim.

In the Items to Claim to <Project Name> section of the Claim page, based on the type of the object do the following:

If an object does not have any dependencies, select one or more such tags, and click CLAIM.

If an object has dependencies (optional or mandatory), you must resolve the mandatory dependencies to claim such objects. For more information, see Claim and Unclaim related objects.

When an object is claimed, it is automatically removed from the Claimboard for <ProjectName> list.

In the Claimboard, you can select any object and click
to do any of the following:

Remove the tag from Claimboard
Open the Actions menu for the tag
Show object's details as a organized user-focused information

To remove any tag from the claim scope, click
for the respective tag on the Items to Claim menu.

Tags with the required dependent objects have the Item has dependencies
icon shown in the menu.
Delete objects from claimboard

To delete one or more objects from the Claimboard for <ProjectName>,

Click
> Select items to remove.

Select one or more objects and click Remove selected items
.

You can click Select All
to select and remove all the objects in the Claimboard.

You can click Cancel Selection
to go back to the Claimboard.
