Update referred by relationships - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 46 - Help - Hexagon

To update the out-of-date reference relationships for the master document and relate with the latest reference document, you must:

1. Select a document.

2. Click Actions > Reference Documents.

3. On the Reference Documents menu, select Update Referred by Relationships.

4. In the Update ReferenceBy Relationships window, do the following:

   1. Select one or more files attached to the referred master documents that you may want to update.

   2. Click UPDATE to update the reference relationship of a master document with the latest reference document.

To update the out-of-date referred by relationships for the reference files, you must:

1. Select a file.

2. Click Actions > Update Referred by Relationships.

3. Repeat step 4 as given above.
