Cannot start the viewer - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 46 - Help - Hexagon

Problem

You cannot start the viewer using Google Chrome.

Solution

You must disable the Override software rendering list:

1. Open the Chrome browser, and then type Chrome://flags in the URL text box.

2. When the Chrome flags section opens, click Disable for Override software rendering list.

   

3. Restart the Chrome browser.
