Hotspot bubbles appear when you click tags in a published drawing or 3D model. The following options are available from the hotspot bubble:

Navigate related Smart Interop Objects from a hotspot bubble
This feature is available for Smart Interop Objects. Objects in an as-built model, called Smart Interop Objects, contain common schema property values that associate model objects to physical objects.
If you tap or click a Smart Interop Object in a model view, a list of related Smart
Interop Objects displays in the object's hotspot bubble. You can select an object
from the list to highlight that object in the model view or click Details 
to view the object's properties.
