Problem

When you select a document that contains multiple files and click Edit File, a message appears:

A large file has been detected; for each of the following files use your browser's 'Save As' functionality to download them

If you select all the links and click Save As, only one file is downloaded.

Solution

When the previous message appears, right-click on all the file names, and select the Save Links As option to save all the files to a location of your choice.
