Select Tools > Variables.

In the Variable Table, select the function cell in which you want to insert the formula.

Select Function Wizard.

Select the function category and the function name.

Select Next.
The Function Wizard dialog displays the arguments for the function.

Type the values for the arguments.

Select Finish to insert the completed function into your formula.
You can type values, references, names, formulas, and other functions into the boxes on the Function Wizard dialog. These entries must produce valid values for the argument. If an argument is required, the word "required" appears in the display area on the Function Wizard Step 2 of 2 dialog.
