Install and configure the Intergraph Smartt® Licensing on your workstation before starting SmartSketch. For more information about configuring licensing, see the Intergraph Smart® Licensing Manager documentation.

Insert the SmartSketch product disk into the disc drive. If the installation does not start automatically, double-click setup.exe in the main folder.
The Microsoft .NET Framework is required for the installation of SmartSketch. If it is not found on your system, you are prompted about the requirement. You must
go to the Microsoft Download Center to install .NET Framework to continue.

Click Start Setup on the Welcome page.

Enter your name, your company's name, and the serial number.

Use the default location or select a path to contain the drawing files.

Under Select Features to Install, select the additional features you have available to install.

Use the default location or select an installation path, and then click Next.

Select the required Country or Region, and then review the License Agreement.

Click the agreement box, and then click Install.

Upon completion, click Finish.
SmartSketch immediately opens the Readme file if you selected View Readme. The Readme contains information including version compatibility, new feature lists, special instructions, and fixes.
