Select this option if there is a reinforcing pad on the nozzle, or if you want to specify the geometry for a reinforcing pad.
TANK designs and recommends a reinforcing pad if one is needed, but the analysis of areas
is based only on what you have entered. If the software recommends a pad or a larger
pad than the one you enter, you must go back into input and enter a pad of the correct
size in order for the final configuration to be reflected in the final analysis.
