The grid.xml document is not published here for security reasons. You may access and download it from Smart Community. Contact the system administrator of your organization if you do not have login access to Smart Community. You may also contact our Support organization.
Accessing the PDF in Smart Community

Log on to Smart Community using your login credentials.

On the Smart Community home page, click Downloads.

Select HxGN EAM from the selection of Product Support Pages.

Click Accept to accept the legal notice.

Click Technical Notes and White Papers.

Expand the EAM Documentation drop-down.

Click the grid.xml document in the version you need to begin the download.
