When a module is first opened, the forms relevant to the module appear in the List view. This view can be changed to the Timeline view (the forms appear on a Gantt chart timeline) or Calendar view. For more information on these views, refer to Timeline view and Calendar view.
The forms can be filtered using the Simple option list filters, Advanced custom filters, or using the quick access filters. These filters are available in all the module views (List, Timeline, and Calendar views). The quick access filters vary from module to module – these are detailed for each module in later sections. For more information on the simple and advanced filters, refer to Simple filters and Advanced filters.
Depending on your user permissions and the state of the form, you can delete
, edit
, copy
, and print
forms from the list view.
