Additional forms can be added to their relevant permits on the Additional Forms sublog only (they can’t be added in their module).
To add an additional form to a permit:

Open the permit and then select the Additional Forms sublog.

Select Add next to the additional form type you want.

Complete the form. Some input boxes can be left blank, but all the boxes marked as required need to be completed.

Select Save

When the form is ready for approval, select Submit.
Existing additional forms can’t be linked to a new permit. Only new forms can be added to a permit.
