Create an EAM work request - j5 - 30 - Connectors & Integration - Hexagon

EAM work requests created in the j5 Operations Logbook are synced with EAM using the DataBridge Pro middleware.

To create an EAM work request in the j5 Operations Logbook:

1. Select EAM Work Request.

2. Enter the details for the work request. The following information is required:

   • Area;

   • Scheduled start and end date for the work request;

   • Equipment - Select from the j5 Asset Register;

   • Description.

   

   • The EAM Work Request category is automatically selected.

   • The start date can't be before the current date.

3. Select Save.

The Sync Status is updated from Pending to Submitted to Completed.

The EAM Work Request Job Number automatically appears on the form when the request has synced.
